Fitness Trainer Sarai takes us through a 15 Minute Full Body Workout for beginners, women over 40 or after recovering from illness or injury. This is a short and scalable workout, so you can ease into working out and later push yourself harder. All you need is a dumbbell and some space so you can workout at home.
Here is the workout:
Warm up
25 Total Body Extensions
8 Hip circles to the left and 8 to the right
12 Shoulder Ring Out
You can always add more repetitions, time, or exercises if you body calls for it.
Workout
Do 3 sets of each exercise
Exercise 1: 12 Side Stepping Squats
Exercise 2: 15 Dumbbell Bent Over Row
Exercise 3: 10 Chest Press in Bridge Position
