Magnesium is a mineral critical for your body to function properly. In order for Magnesium to reach your cells most effectively, we recommend absorbing it transdermally, or through the skin. Depending on your overall health, you can obtain optimal Magnesium levels when you soak your feet in Magnesium for 30 days straight for 20-45 minutes each session. While we know that life happens, so if you can’t do 30 days straight, just do the best that you can. Doing something is something. Doing nothing is nothing.
What do I need to do? Grab a ceramic or glass bowl and 2 bottles of Magnesium Soak (each soak uses 1/4 cup). Soak while you are working at your desk or perhaps at the end of the day while you watch TV. It’s a good excuse to sit and relax!
