Podcast 84: How to Reduce Your Pain and Slow Down the Signs of Aging with Chris Kidawski

pain management fascia

Aging is a natural process that happens to all of us. Sometimes it can be a slow and gradual process, but sometimes it can be quick and take away many of the things you once loved. One way to slow down the signs of aging is through physical activity, which will aid in improving your overall health. By moving more, you will reduce your risk of chronic diseases and improve your bone density as well as your mental health. Regular exercise will help keep your heart healthy and will also help with weight loss and stress relief. Make sure you take care of your body by eating well, getting enough sleep, and drinking plenty of water. Aging comes with increased fascia pain that must be relieved in the best ways.

The fascia system is a network of connective tissue that surrounds and penetrates every muscle, joint, and organ in the body. It is located primarily in the deep layers of skin, but it also extends deep into the body to wrap around bones and ligaments. It holds these tissues together to contract when a muscle moves or relaxes. If you have pain in your muscles, bones, and joints, it could be caused by fascia. Many ways to treat fascia pain include foam rolling, massage therapy, and pilates.

In this episode, Chris Kidawski shares tips on treating your fascia pain. If you want to reduce your pain and slow down the signs of aging, Chris has got you covered. Tune in as he shares with us some simple techniques and provide us with a whole new way of looking at how our bodies function.
